Important to know

An attendee questionnaire will be sent out closer to the time to capture any dietary and access needs, etc.

Please ensure you are ordering using a valid email address as we will be sending important information by email. Once you have purchased a ticket, you can share this "I've got my ticket" graphic on social media and request to join the attendee Facebook group.

Our community is built out of kindness and respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour towards any of the CCJ team of organisers and volunteers as well as stallholders and attendees, on the day or in our online spaces. If any untoward behaviour has been observed at our event or online spaces, we reserve the rights to cancel your ticket or remove you from our venue on the day.

Payment plans available

• Pay in 4: £20 deposit followed by 3 monthly payments of £15

• Pay in 6: £15 deposit followed by 5 monthly payments of £10

• Pay in full at purchase

Note: Installment payments are not automatically taken, we will send payment instructions via email.

Any missed payments without extenuating circumstances will void your ticket and any payments made up to that point cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Purchased tickets may be cancelled up to 3 months before the event (8 Feb 2027). If you are no longer able to attend, please email us ASAP at contact[at]coffeecakesandjournals.co.uk and we will arrange for a cancellation.

If you need to cancel after 8 Feb 2027, we can no longer guarantee a full refund as it depends on if anyone from the waitlist would take your spot. Please email us ASAP at contact[at]coffeecakesandjournals.co.uk so we can contact our waitlist.

Ticket Resales

Tickets may only be resold via the official CCJ waitlist. Private resells are not permitted as there may be custom name items and we wouldn't want anyone to end up with goodybag items with someone else's name on it. If you are no longer able to attend, please email us ASAP and refer to the cancellation policy above.
